“February 17th-Revolution” in Libya, the name of a place is frequently
mentioned and heard. This place seems to hold such creepy secrets that even
after the revolution, nothing is revealed about it. “Abusalim Prison” is a
symbol of the Imprisoning of a nation with the scale of its borders. This
imprisoned nation has been doomed under dictatorship of a cruel leader, that
is, “General Ghasafi”. The documentary “Mystries of Abusalim Prison” makes an
effort to narrate some of those terrifying events happening there and for doing
so uses people who were imprisoned there for decades.
